When you tame a hurricane
Wind is at your command.
Immediately feelings dance, you advance,
Swirling power from the tips of your hand
In your current, they’re specks of sand
You begin to topple lands.
When you are the hurricane
You break from their iron demands
In your path, no lies shall stand
They scorn your name, they curse you damned,
Can’t hear their cries over all your howls, so
You begin to topple.
Enter the eye of the hurricane,
See their love and pain, you’re heard again
Sea breeze and home and stable tides
You begin to land.
