An Autumn Day

Red, yellow, orange and brown leaves are falling all around
See them dance in the cool fall air twisting and turning everywhere
The sky is orange and pastel pink
It reminds me of a fizzy drink
The sun sets and turns all dark and red
The rosy colour fills my head
A gaggle of geese fly by
leaving a trace of feathers floating high
The night is coming around
And I could hear not even a sound
I pick up a soft brown feather and take a look
It looks like something out of a book
A breeze sweeps the feather up into the sky
I love autumn days and that is why!
