When I came into this world, the first food I had been introduced to was Milk
It’s white, creamy and as smooth as silk
Milk contains many nutrients and tastes so yum
It strengthens my bones, teeth and gums
Milk is nature’s gift,
It makes heavy things easy to lift
It comes from the cows on the cattle farm,
Drinking it helps your brain become alert and alarm
Milk definitely is delicious,
warm milk will tire the kids, even the most vicious
I will continue drinking this delicacy,
and will avoid the “milk is bad” conspiracy
