The Injured Reef

Our Great Barrier Reef is in an ocean of pain,
We all use plastic, we are all insane.
I see it there, a beautiful blue,
All that frightful plastic is because of you!

Plastic toys, bottles and lids,
Pick up all your rubbish kids.
Plastic, plastic everywhere,
Plastic, plastic we need to care.

Think about the magnificent marine life,
Next time don't throw out that plastic knife.
The reef is an environment too,
Pick up plastic, it is all up to you.
