They stand outside
The sky is black, the clouds cover the moon, it’s cold
They become still, tired
The anticipation on one’s faces is captured like gold
Their limbs shiver slow
The ground is covered in wildflowers that are red like rose
The sky is hazy in the moons glow
A flame is lit and they watch as it grows
Suddenly there is a noise
Other than the wind that whistles past their ears
The peace is destroyed
They are startled in fear
Colours of bright, light up the sky
They watch and cheer
Each burst it falls from up high
A new memory to appear
