Oh, how the world doth swirl and spin
A tapestry of sights and sounds
But oft, our minds do burrow within
Our own small selves, and the world surrounds

We toil and labor each day
Forgetting the beauty that doth abound
But if we but pause and stray
From our mundane paths, we'll be astound

For when we gaze upon the earth
With fresh and curious eyes
We'll see the worth of our birth
And the wonders that do rise

So let us open wide our hearts
And see the world in a new way
A beautiful work of art
Awaiting to be explored and to play
