The Wondrous Seagull

Seagulls gliding above palm trees,
Struggling to fly in the wild ocean breeze.
They dive into the sea and take a dip,
When all of a sudden a gull spies a chip!
The whole flock flew after the gull in wonder,
Their flapping wings as loud as thunder.
They crowded around the child with chips,
The seagulls all cocked their heads and licked their lips.
Except one gull,
She just stood back looking rather dull.
The child walked over without despise,
Instead he had a twinkle in his eyes.
He said, "You really are unique."
The seagull caught the chip in her beak.
