Velvet soft pink petals, the touch of pink clouds in the sky
A loving heart of centred black, beating strongly, with every breath of wind
Twisting, bending, swirling, dipping, spinning, dancing arms of Geisha
Wrapping, encircling, themselves around tiny clusters of the palest pink imaginable
A mother’s protective arms, comforting her beautiful daughters of nature
A breeze ruffles the wings of these butterfly blossoms, ready to lift them onto the wind’s white back and carry them away
Ready to burst into budding bloom, to explode with life, and all that is living
To float upon the gentle breeze, the gentle air, the gentle ocean of the sky above
To spin, gracefully, beautifully, across the great blue void of the sky
And flit, dartingly, chantingly as the seasons, across the great blue of beyond
And into the waiting arms, of Mother Nature herself
The sweet, sugary, tang of oriental spice and flavour
The flavour of, life, love, like, grace, poise, discipline, and exceptional beauty
This is the art, of the Sakura and Sakuranbo of Japan
The Cherry Blossom Tree, the Sakuranbo
The Cherry Blossom itself, the heart of it all, the Sakura...
