It started as a day of doom,
I watch the flowers begin to bloom.
I looked in the sky,
way up high
I noticed a very strange gaze,
then the animals began to craze.
I could not believe what I see,
a tornado was coming straght toward me.
I ran and ran as fast as I could
Screaming "Hey pa, get down, get down
a tonado is coming from in town."
Down the celler
run, run, run
Before I am brought down to heller
20 minutes nothing happened,
oh thank god, that I am still living.
