The Savannah is alive
with the summer breeze.
As day turns into dark
and stars begin to roam.
As the sun hibernates
for the moon to take his turn.

The Savannah is alive
with a dark and eerie horizon.
As animals leave
and new ones come to meet the night.
Never will the savannah
rest and take a break.
