Small children get ready for bed at night,
Parents read fairytale stories to chase away fright.
While they close their sleepy eyes,
Their minds wander into nightmares and screams arise.
The parents run in caressing them,
Repeating over and over that there are no bad men.
Children slowly drifting back to sleep,
The monsters start to creep.
Eyes open wide they begin to slide out,
They slip on their cloaks and go to the hideout.
There they meet they meet the Posse and I,
We are almost all ready to make parents cry.
Emily arrives last but not least,
Now we can start our frightening feast.
