A Broken Heart Fixed

My heart is breaking,
It’s been torn,
I lay here crying out my misery through my tears,
Well at least trying to,
Seconds, minutes, maybe hours pass by
The pain is still there,
The pain is still there . . .
I cry to God,
I cry to Him,
He talks to me
He wraps me in His arms
I put my head on His shoulder and He whispers “My son, My precious, precious son I feel your pain Give it to me and let me put you heart back together
As I speak I feel it go, my heart is lightened, my spirit refreshed.
As I stand He whispers
“And lo I am with you even unto the very end of the age”
