At times it can seem, like God doesn’t care,
The world seems bitter and cold, like something isn’t there.
Some people blame themselves, for what seem stupid mistakes,
The only advice I can give you, is slam down those brakes.
If your Mum is crying, ‘cause your dad and her have split,
And it seems like he doesn’t care about you or your family one single bit.
If someone you love so much, that it can’t be described,
Has left this world today with you a heart aching pain inside.
Or if nothing seems to go your way,
And nobody lets you have freedom of say,
Don’t blame yourself, just let it flow,
Life goes on and from this, I know.
Your turn will come to delete the harsh pain,
Sunshine will enter your life instead of dark, heavy rain.
Pick yourself up, don’t drag in the past,
Happy and fun times, will be yours at last!
