Ten little pups walking in a line.

One ducked behind a post. Then there were eight.
Eight little pups see a boy named Kevin.
One followed after him. Then there were seven.
Seven little pups doing puppy tricks.
One jumped behind a rock. Then there were six.
Six little pups played by a hive.
One found a hollow log. Then there were five.
Five little pups wanting to explore.
One wandered down a stream. Then there were four.
Four little pups running ‘round a tree.
One flopped and fell asleep. Then there were three.
Three little pups playing peekaboo.
One hid behind a bush. Then there were two.
Two little pups fighting just for fun.
One growled and ran away. Then there was one.
One little pup, looking for a brother
Found every one of them and brought them to his mother.
