Life’s a dream
Or so they say.
I wish my dreams
Would go away.

For imps and devils
Fill my dreams
Till I wake the house
With piercing screams

At other times
I dream of war
And wake up sweating
Form every pore

But there’s worse
And much more cruel
Sometimes I dream
I’m still at school.
