She fell.
Out of reach.
No one suspected.
They were dazzled by the stars in her eyes
Imagined as they were.
What to do? They wondered.
A rope? A ladder?
The fire Brigade?
Use outside forces
Their distance was kept.
‘Fix her’ They cried.
Doctors prescriptions,
Pill, Potions.
All the while she lay cold and alone.
Waiting for someone to reach down
And help her up.
