Surrounded in a spherical arrangement
Possible flickering of unatainable light
Metaphoric openings provide the counterpart
Darkness in not but the human plight
The questions go forth in parrallel lines
Encaptured with slivers of hope that may fall
Scraped from grounds by all ranks, society defined
Questing to glimpse the locked door buried in the wall
Too many vessels hollow, acclaimed
Declared beneath shards of broken clay
On missing fingers, transparent gloves forced
Continuous suns rise, has passed yet another day
An endless cycle before hollow, placid eyes
Ever diminishing hope, now defeated has died
Shall we ever question the truth presented
Shall we ever succeed where others have only tried
