A red-eyed monster
Happily prances inside your mind,
Forcing your soul into disguise.
Spiteful words spill forth
Creating ominous clouds overhead.
His claws cling to you,
Puncturing any hope of escape.
His menacing grunts
Whisper you into havoc,
And yet he dances on
Immune to the damage he causes.
