Laughter lost and lingering in lame moonlight,
Its musical melody misting, smearing
Sad shadowy silhouettes of the soul.
Illuminated innocence of ignorant child
Caught captive in complex fascination,
The flimsy filigree of fancy and delight.
Blithe butterflies and bewitching ardor.
Ardent amour, arcane in its passion.
Poignant and provocative in its sentiment.
Fierce fears fall forgotten, forsaken.
Magic mends the mutilations of reality,
Remembering, renewing, my reverie of dream.
