If someone you love were to suddenly die
Would you jump for joy or kneel and cry?
You would never see them smile again
Is this enough to drive you insane?
To know your heart will be frozen forever
And you cannot smile not once not ever.
The pain latches on and never lets go
Your soul's never pure unlike the soft snow.
You can still see the victim as they take their last breath
And their pain stricken face as they slip to their death.
