Eyes sharp
Taking in all ambiance
Watching the stronghold
For thirty-one days
The time is nigh;
The mission clear
Infiltrate, Assassinate,
Leave no evidence
Of the employer
Years of training
Leading to now
A Ninja’s first mission
He will never forget
He may however act
In a way he shall regret
Flashes of silver
Fly through the sky
Mikuto is unaware
His bodyguards dead
The pair of ninjas
Father and son
Father looking out
For the younger one
Tread into Mikuto’s room
There is the man
Causing pain to the village
Stealing villagers’ money
Is his pillage
Father’s arm moves
The deed is done
Father and son
Fly through the night
On the horizon
Are the first rays of sunlight.
