Baby Poem

I lay here ready for bed tonight
I call for my mum with all my might,
I was scared, the world was so new
Here is mum and dad they're tired too,
Two tiny feet that waved into the air
I was dreaming about a big huge bear,
I saw a beautiful star that night
Shining and glowing so bright,
I dream of a magic bag full of wonder
A storm is coming and big thunder,
A baby is someone to hold in your arms
A baby is so cute and full of charms,
Mum holds me and tells me it’s ok,
Dad rocks me to sleep at the end of the day,
I fell asleep all rugged up.
