Jealousy
Tastes like
A sour lemon
Taking weeks to ripen
Smells like sour milk mixed
With the agony
Of rejection
Looks like
Scorching hot fire
And never-ending hatred
Sounds like
The piercing squeal
Of an old kettle
Blowing its top
Feels as if
I am on fire
Burning brightly
From with-in……..
Never extinguishing.
