War never ends

It doesn’t matter where you are
Bombs go off, bullets fly
War is in the streets and on the field
It’s terrible to die
People being put to rest
A mother’s heart starts to sink
When they say their last goodbye
They have no time to stop and think why
War never ends it’s always there
A kindergarten conflict or a world war.
It doesn’t matter people get hurt
Why won’t it stop anymore?
What is with people in power?
Always wanting more land
What’s wrong with what they got?
I really don’t understand
