I have many dreams,
getting good grades and being in Olympic hockey teams.
Kepping friends that will last for life
Learning how to hold a knife.
I remember when i was a toddler dreaming to be tall,
As tall as a waterfall.
The time you dreamed of riding a bike,
Having imaginary friends called Mary, Sam and Mike.
Being famous, staring in movies, having a car
Having the money to go to a pub or the bar.
The first tooth i lost,
The money those teeth cost.
All those times you complained of a sore tummy
The time mum said no to your dummy.
The first word you said
The first book you read.
It feels like you were just born but you are thirteen years old,
Those dreadful things called colds!!
From watching play school
Now to watch your friends play baseball.
Mum and Dad say you grow too fast.
You are never put last.
Always fed and looked after.
Rolling on the floor in laughter.
In a good or bad mood.
As pricces go up on fuel and foods.
I used to believe in dragons and prince charming.
I dont wont to have a career for farming!!
I have always wanted to visit the moon.
I remember thinking will i be found soon
In hide-and-go-seek
And not to take a peek.
From when you got tucked in at night
To having a cat fight.
So what i am trying to say
Is life is okay,
You can achieve all your dreams
Including getting into STATE TEAMS!!!!!!!!!!!
