As my feet crunch on the leafy ground,
I watch leaves rustling.
A snake slithers up a tree,
It is hunting quietly.
People following me,
Others talking about the two birds getting fed.
Kids playing hide and seek,
Some hiding behind the trees.
Toddlers playing with other toddlers,
Playing with the leaves.
Birds in the nests.
My feet crunch louder on the leafy ground.
I see two frogs jump from the trees,
A mother and a father.
A rainbow bird flies out of the forest,
Then into the forest again.
I lift my foot out of the leafy ground,
I can still hear the crunch.
Mum calls me back,
It is time to go.
