Wasn't good enough

Her face is stained by tears
She falls and everyone cheers.
No one helps her dying soul
Must she be forced to live in this terrifying hole?
Her emotions are all over the place
She tries to hide from everyone’s disgrace.
She has to beat her way out alone
It’s the only way she has ever known.
People laugh and tear her down
She doesn’t speak, not even a sound.
She looks together but is so broken up inside
She wonders why happiness has left her side.
Her life will never be the same
But is she the one to blame?
She just wasn’t good enough
She would kill for the day she would be.
