Gill Hicks

No legs remain on this beautiful soul
But God has not yet made his call
For courage greater then you or I
Which pulled Gill through the painful cries
Of her and others at Russel Square
The pain and despair they all must share
When she walked down the aisle a lovely December’s day
Everyone was shocked at this beautiful display
For no-one expected poor Gill to survive
Let alone walk down the aisle alive
An incredible woman, i’ll never forget
For now she lives with no regret
