A Computer Game

He turned on his computer and logged in with his name,
He waited for it to load and then opened up a game.
Immediately, he became changing from a boy,
Into a scary pirate with a will to destroy.
He started on level one by slashing his sword,
As he began to click his computer keyboard.
He fought his foes and steered his ship,
He commanded his crew with an iron grip.
As the boy played on, the game got hard,
And soon he realised he has lost his guard.
His ship was sunk by an enemy crew.
He had unfortunately bit off more than he could chew.
He closed his game unhappy with his loss,
He turned off his computer, still very cross.
A computer game: so fun to play,
But when you've lost, there's not much to say.
