Rainforest

Rainforest makes us think trees,
A place that isn’t suitable for bees,
Water runs during day through night,
When sunshine comes we’ll see light.

It’s easy to tell when a storm is coming
Cause every bird will suddenly stop humming,
For they all are hiding in their nest,
Putting their strengths to the test.

As soon as the storm leaves,
Everything will be back in ease,
Animals crawling across the forest floor,
Like humans rushing to a sale at the mall.
