Samuel stone
In a dark alley street
Glides along softly
Very light on his feet
He creeps up slowly
Like a black alley cat
The night is so dark
Like his black trilby hat
As cold as a stone
He stands in his place
He listens in closely
From a well hidden space
As fast as he came
He leaves in a flash
He’s collected his info
In his great mental stash
He takes a step back
Fades into the mist
As light as a sparrow
But as strong as a fist
He returns to his base
And tells what he heard
Another assignment
Its stone’s twenty third
