Natural Beauties

Vivid colours take you away,
Thought of and yet not thought of,
Distinctive colours mix up minds,
You’ll find them in all different sizes,
Petite or great,
Definitely a prize, in anyone’s eyes.
Softly slightly this bloom moves,
Staying sturdy against the Autumn Winds,
Fighting to not wilt during the hot summer months,
Aiming to stay warm during winter,
Spring will soon have its say.
Feebly flowing in the blowing wind,
Sinking, rising, opening, closing,
Dancing freely in the meadow below,
A slave to the winds.
They constantly bleed pollen,
Create instant picturesque scenes,
The things we don’t realise about:
These natural beauties.
