He gripped me into his arms. I hugged him close and rested my head against his beating chest. Our entwined bodies twirled. We floated in the sky. Circling around in the air, spiraling around the stars. The slow music hummed in the background, as our feet gracefully drifted over the floor. Our forms were dancing while our souls were somewhere else: somewhere together. Our hearts became one as we held on tightly to each other; like we would never let go. I twirled out, and spun under his arm. Drawing me back into him, my love enclosed me in his hard masculine frame. His warm breath tickled my neck and his soft lips wrapped themselves around mine. I kissed him back, gently, and tenderly. I traced his face with my fingertips, although I already knew it by heart. He placed his hand on my beating chest, and felt my heart hammering against my skin. My heart was his now. Whirling and spinning, our heads doing the same. The music concluded and we stopped dancing. Though our feet weren’t shuffling, our hearts would never stop moving together.
