To my dearest mother,
Our relationship is stronger,
Through all the pain we’ve been through,
Together we grew.
Money can’t be put on our love,
We share forever this dove,
Fly free, saving thee.
Oh mother I thank you,
Your surprises come out of the blue,
You hold out your hand,
And I know I belong on this land.
You hold your arms out wide,
Before I’m carried by the tide,
You catch me, you save me.
You've done absolutely nothing wrong,
As you’ve guided me along,
You never left me in the cold,
Your stories were never untold.
No matter what my future holds,
You’re the main part I behold,
I love mum!
