I was a star in movies! Emmeline Willwood, the star of “Nobody”, the new film. I just finished acting the last scene that no fans knew of. “Oh, Chippy!” I hugged my puppy who seemed to be in his usual nonplussed attitude. “Dinner?,” He barked. “Ok just wait here” I sighed, thinking about the movie again. It had been a long day. I wanted to finish by snuggling in fluffy blankets with hot cocoa and reading a book from my library. Time flew, I got ready for bed.
My face lit up as the sun shone on my face. It was a new day and I had to finalise last-minute stuff. With a grin on my face, I slid on my fancy slippers and stretched, walking to my bathroom mirror. I screamed. The expression I had was unexplainable. What horror I had felt seeing my face! It had vanished! My hands tried to sense my face. I did feel it, but my hands were missing too! ‘Oh no’ I thought. How would desperate fans get autographs? How would I walk down red carpets waving at crowds, hugging adoring people? The world stopped. That moment, nothing was more important than me. I raced downstairs to look in my ‘Wells&Spells’ book and the remedies cupboard.
A sorcerer previously warned me about this. Sometimes, people want spotlight. They steal faces using rarest of the Rangerood Rocks and a poisonous herb that does wonders to the face. Then they go to Sederian Woods to look for mushrooms and combine it into a paste, with a photo of the transformation face. I knew that my healing-potion was in here. I searched, desperately looking for it. “Aha!” I said, alas feeling content. I drank hastily, all better as before and all was well.
