Homesick
I'm in a new place,
Not a familiar face.
I've cried myself to sleep each night,
The world seems to have lost all its light.
I'm missing you,
And feeling blue.
I've got a place to call my 'home away from home',
I feel so desperately alone.
And I know you're only a phone call away,
But it's not the same as seeing your face every day.
So until the day I graduate…
I guess I'll still be feeling homesick.
