There was a rift in the Skies of Hyperspace. The Emperor looked through the crack and saw The Intergalactic Space Rangers HQ. The Emperor cackled and poured Darkness which swirled around and around until it hit The Intergalactic Space Rangers HQ.

"Aargh!" yelled Robin as Darkness hit the HQ. Robin, Professor Tony, Rice and Professor Tracker coughed and their eyes turned purple. "What the?" yelled Professor Bob as he anticipated the fact that 4 members were influenced by the Darkness. Professor Tracker opened his cracked lips and sent swirling Darkness out of his twisted mouth. Professor Bob narrowly dodged it. "Space Rangers, to the Vehicle Department!" commanded Professor Bob into the Communications Box. Ben and everyone else rushed to the Vehicle Department. Professor Bob was swift and locked the 4 influenced people out. "Whew - what it is, Professor?" asked Ben. "Robin, Professor Tony, Rice and Professor Tracker have been influenced by the Darkness," Professor Bob replied. He flicked on a picture on the Holoboard. "Fascinating," said Professor Byte, examining the picture, "I never knew the Darkness could turn such loyal people into someone so weird. The Darkness seems to be getting stronger." Chicken nodded. "Now, Ben, Chicken, Johnny, Pancake and Professor Tice, get to your stations, you need to prepare for your battle against the Emperor," said Professor Bob.

The Emperor cackled again and closed the Rift. He looked behind him to the Darkness Castle floating in Space. The Emperor smiled. He knew the Darkness was to be stronger. He was strong enough to defeat the Wise Men with weaker Darkness... so he knew that he could defeat anything that came in his way. He was going to battle Ben, Chicken, Johnny, Pancake and Professor Tice. They were all way too weak. He knew he could win.
