Sitting in this room today
Just me and my thoughts right now
Wasting this precious day away
I always seem to let you down
But now it's my time to shine
And you will never get in my way
I want to show you how you make me feel
Because my time is here today

Yes I am still sitting here
It's me and my guitar alone tonight
Woefully accompanied by the wind
Can't you see I'm not alright
In saying that I've come so far
I want to show you what I've become
We once were one but we drifted apart
I've figured out where I belong
