A Dance In Love

Your emerald eyes,
and sunkissed ruby hair,
your dress of satin and silk,
Your skin as pale as the full lite moon,
Your smile as bright as dayshine,
Across the dance room,
you play your part,
Laughing at jokes,
Smiling at converse,
and siping your glass of sampagn,
I wonder as I approach,
If I kissed your hand,
and lavished your lips,
Would you be mine,
For just one dance,
"Why Yes" Your voice as sweet as honey,
a soft as kittens purr,
Flowing like warm cows milk,
We shift to teh dance floor,
and whirl in whimsical music,
For this moment in time,
As long as the song lasts,
We are in Love,
and as it ends, we depart,
Never forgetting that one dance, in Love.
