I watch the water arise,
You can see it in my eyes,
Washing up against the sand
Right onto our own land.
I can hear the children’s laughter,
It’s their happily ever after.
Wearing the necklace made with a heart of gold,
It will give them a something to hold.
I take a gaze at the perfect parents,
Just imagine if they were on heart shaped terrace
Two people who are meant for each other,
Have finally found one another
I walk away from the perfect family,
To try to find my one and only,
So my heart will have a beginning,
And therefore it must have a happy ending
