I Stager across the desert
Searching for a safe place
My past comes back to haunt me
Those painful memories i erased

My heart is pounding out of control
My feet, battered and and bleeding
As i struggle for my forgotton life
Left alone to do the pleading

I travel through an endless passage of fear
Trying to piece myself back together
I have given up all traces of hope
This journey will stick with me forever

I see a place on the horizon
A mysterious camp lies ahead of me
Standing there all alone
Waiting to reveal my destiny

I seek for gracious Help
For i am a refugee
I you would only grant me life
I'll shine for all to see
