October's Poem
As I take a step outside
The cool spring breeze flows between my hairs
And the golden sun soars into a fade
Crystal shards will fall from my vision
And deluge the green razor blades below
As I stare into the beauty that is you
I will collapse into happiness only you provide
As I stand outside, I will drift away into dreamland
Up to a place where you’ll be standing
And as I land, I’ll stand with you
And you begin to move closer
You caress your lips over mine
A feeling goes through me I cannot explain
So I write October’s poem
