Unbreakable

You can crush up words and
Smear them into my mind in many insulting ways
And I know, that you’ll try to tear up every thin spread of a hope I’ve got,
Until I bind it thick and strong
One day, I’m going to overcome this, I’ll
Watch my strengthful flames rise up over the toughest of all and
Make sure it burns down to the weakest challenge
You can throw your worn out words
Into my side of the water, see them fizzle down to the depts
Float down continuously into nothing
But I know, that you’re weak, weaker than I am
Yes, I’ve been hit by your meteorite of passionate hate
But your annoyance with me, now just slips over the other side
I’m fragile, but I’m also unbreakable…
