A Friend

A friend is like a bird,
a pretty blue bird to be precise,
Or maybe like a brand new dog
that never comes behind.
A friend is like an owl,
together unique and wise.
Or maybe a friend is like a ghost,
whose spirit never ever lies.
A friend is like a heart of gold that goes
strong until the end.
Where would we be in this world
if we didn't have a friend.

Friends are nice and grateful,
Stick together until the end
If we weren’t friends like you and me
I don’t know where we would be.
You are my friend and i know that
Were both together strong and kind,
I hope we can be friends forever and
I’m sure we will try.
So where would we be in this world
If we didn’t have a friend.
