Sitting in the sunlit day,
Smiling with delight,
The pretty daisy shining back,
Innocent and pretty,
Her face sending a beam of yellow light,
So innocent, so pretty.
But the weed around her,
Begin to surround her,
And she is swallowed by darkness,
Her little beam dims,
As she shrivels and droops.
