Breathe,
Allow oxygen to surge through your lungs and fill your body,
Feel your chest expand and your ribs flair open,
Relax your tired limbs,
Give permission for your eyelids to drift shut,
Breathe.

Dream,
Let your mind wallow in the gloriousness of peace and quiet,
Relive your favourite memories,
Imagine the possibilities of your future,
You can be anything you want to be,
Dream.

Grow,
Give your body the gift of strength,
Open your mind to new ways of thinking,
Learn about the things for which you are passionate,
Welcome change with open arms,
Grow.

Live,
We are on this Earth for one lifetime,
Surrounded by beauty both in people and places,
With so much to do and so little time,
Grasp every opportunity with both hands,
Live.

Love,
There is no other emotion able to consume one so fully,
Though it may hurt sometimes,
Nothing is more powerful or fulfilling,
Be brave,
Love.
