Jazz And Zoe

Writing4fun Jazz and Zoe Jazz and Zoe are my best friends. Jazz is a furry,tortoise-shell cat. Zoe is a big, black Labrador dog. These friends like to lie in the sun,some times together and sometimes NOT when Zoe licks Jazz's face all over. Zoe always looks at you with bright brown eyes that glimmer in the night. Jazz on the other hand stares at you with narrowed blue greenish eyes. Jazz likes to bring in mice & rats to play with. When she gets bored, Zoe has to kill them and take them outside. I am glad that I don't have to! Zoe lets people know that she lives in our house by barking at passers-by especially if they are dogs! Zoe sits on guard up on the garden table to keep watch over her neighbourhood. Jazz on the other hand does night patrols down through Gran's courtyard, turning on the sensor light each time she passes. One day Gran came home to find Zoe sitting at the garden gate with a huge white collar around her head. Guess what had happened? She was wearing JazzÆs cat -door cover! It seems that Zoe was chasing Jazz through the cat door when she got stuck. She must have tried to pull her head out. When she did she pulled off the cat door and the frame! It stuck around her neck like a pizza box. You can see why I love them both. Signed Ethan Hamill
