Worries, sadness, hurts and fears –
Bad Thought Rocks
Weigh me down.
Tired of carrying this burden,
I drop them, hard onto the ground.
Peace, joy, strength and confidence –
Good Thought Bubbles
Begin to grow.
They lift me up into the air
Higher and higher
Until the Bad Thought Rocks look
Weak and small,
Not important.
Slowly, I make my way back down.
Those Bad Thought Rocks can stay where they are.
They don’t matter anymore.
