An 11 year old boy sits at home on his bed alone
Becoming a man this early is just too hard
See he is without a father and soon to be without home
But all this sad little child can do is cry on his bed alone
His mother bursts into his room they have to leave quickly
As it is no longer safe there and it is far too risky
See his mother got into some trouble that she couldn’t mend
She grabs his arm and pulls him to the door. Time is near its end
His sister age 6 sits in the corner crying and screaming
She can’t understand what’s happening
You can’t expect her to
3 bullets rocket through the window
2 go past everything and go right through the dry wall
1 goes straight through the chest of a mother trying to protect her children
She falls ever so slowly to the ground
The little boy runs to her his dying mother in his arms
The poor little girls gone silent
Everything gone silent
Including the little boy’s mother
