His coat is as dark as night,
he fights unlike any knight.
Deathly but with kindness in his eyes,
he uses trickery in disguise.
He tempts you to come forward
and mount his sticky back.
Then he gallops you towards
the damp, uncomfortable swamp.
Down in the depths below,
he forces you till you drown. Oh no!
But unless you can remove his bridle,
covered in seaweed and lichen,
his everlasting curse will remain,
and terrorise Scotland again and again.
